Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in the Cumberland County, Carlisle area with flexible schedules for college students. No experience needed; you’ll work within store hours, study when needed, and dress casually while representing the company.

You’ll receive a comprehensive training program, a guaranteed minimum with upside based on productivity, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and access to 401k with match.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
