Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative who can work flexible part-time hours in assigned stores. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided.

You will use a pricing app on a smartphone to receive tasks and must maintain reliable transportation with a valid license. This role offers a guaranteed minimum compensation with upside based on productivity, plus benefits like identity theft protection, 401(k) with match, and opportunities for learning and development.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to project criteria.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store fridges/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect assignments within assigned store windows.
• Meet and complete projects for the company with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with store personnel to fulfill tasks and ensure coverage.
