RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative for students with flexible schedules and no prior experience required. You can work within the store’s open hours, with casual dress and a guaranteed minimum compensation with upside based on productivity.

The role includes paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for learning and development. You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
