RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support stores with flexible schedules designed for college students. No experience is required, and you can choose shifts within the store hours while maintaining reliability and timely completion of tasks.

As a part-time team member, you’ll receive initial training, a productivity-based pay structure with a guaranteed minimum, and benefits like 401k with match, paid drive time, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments within the store window and meet project criteria.
• Attend comprehensive initial training.
• Maintain reliability to start and finish assignments on time.
• Move between assigned stores and fulfill tasks as required.
