FAR Inspections is seeking independent field inspectors in Fredericksburg City County, Virginia to perform residential occupancy verifications on a flexible schedule. You will conduct brief exterior visits, capture photos, and report findings using mobile apps.

As a 1099 contractor, you manage your own routing and territory, supply your own equipment, and earn pay per inspection, typically equivalent to $25-$35 per hour depending on volume and location.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with own equipment.
• Own reliable vehicle and access to smartphone and printer.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines and work independently.
