Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Sully County, SD and surrounding communities. You will control your own routing and schedule, earning supplemental or full-time income on a flexible, self-directed basis.

Each inspection is brief, with 5–6 minutes on-site, and pay is per inspection, averaging $25–$35 per hour depending on volume. Contractors provide their own vehicle, smartphone, and internet access.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without supervision.
• Independent contractor with reliable vehicle and routing discipline.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
