Job summary

FAR Inspections is actively seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Monroe County, Alabama. You will conduct exterior occupancy verifications, document conditions, and report findings through mobile apps.

As a territory-based field inspector, you manage your own route, schedule, and county; inspections are brief and designed for speed, with 5–6 minutes on-site on average. A fuel-efficient vehicle is valuable.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role with 1099 status.
• Own equipment is required: vehicle, smartphone, computer, printer.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check.
• Strong time-management skills and reliability are essential.
• Ability to operate in Monroe County and surrounding communities.
