Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Highland County, Ohio, including Hillsboro. You control your schedule, manage routing and territory, and earn income on a per-inspection basis with favorable hourly equivalents.

Inspections are brief exterior visits designed for speed, typically 5–6 minutes on-site, with a steady monthly volume in your county. Candidates must provide their own equipment and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Own a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet and a printer.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Strong time-management skills and self-supervision.
