FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Coos County, Oregon. You will work on your own schedule to complete exterior occupancy verifications, reporting quickly and accurately from the field.

You must provide your own equipment, drive across a defined territory, and submit reports via mobile applications. Earnings are paid per inspection with potential to earn $25–$35 per hour depending on volume and territory.

Qualifications

• Must be an independent contractor with own equipment (vehicle, smartphone, computer, printer)
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision
