FAR Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Buchanan County, Missouri, and surrounding areas. You will drive to properties, take photos, and report findings using mobile applications.

This 1099 role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy over routing, and consistent monthly work in a defined territory. Independent contractors provide their own equipment and manage their own time, with earnings typically per inspection and a rate of $25–$35
