Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Keweenaw County, Michigan, and surrounding areas. Earn on a 1099 basis with per-inspection pay and flexible scheduling you control.

Most inspections are brief, exterior visits (5–6 minutes on-site) with a typical volume of about 5 inspections per month in the territory. You provide your own vehicle, smartphone, and laptop, and must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status (1099)
