Qualifications

• Possess a valid state issued driver's license.
• Possess a current private investigator license (if applicable).
• Must be dependable and able to meet deadlines.
• Must be a self-starter capable of working with limited supervision.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience conducting surveillance as a field investigator.
• Experience completing SIU claim investigations.
• Possess a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to specific requirements based on case manager's instructions.
• Review all case materials before investigative activity.
• Complete video surveillance and document findings.
• Conduct investigations like interviews and inspections.
• Submit results via e-mail by the next business day.
• Ensure confidentiality of all obtained information.
