Information Providers, Inc. (IPI) seeks a part-time 1099 Insurance Property Inspector in Colorado for an independent, field-based schedule.

You will dispatch daily from home and conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing photographs and reporting key features for underwriting decisions. This role offers flexible hours, pay of $20–$28 per billable hour, and requires a valid driver's license, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
