Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.

• Strong attention to detail with accurate measuring, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, smartphones, and Windows-based laptops.
• Ability to complete administrative work remotely and submit reports in a timely manner.

• Ability to work comfortably outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features for underwriting decisions.
• Identify hazards or concerns during property walks and gather data for risk evaluation.
• Compile thorough underwriting survey reports to support informed decisions.
• Dispatch daily from home with no central office reporting.
• Report submission in a timely manner.
