Job summary

Far Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Lee County, Kentucky and surrounding communities. This 1099 role offers autonomy to manage routing, schedule, and territory with on-demand inspections.

Inspections are brief exterior visits, typically 5–6 minutes on-site, with earnings tied to per-inspection pay. You’ll supply your own equipment and be responsible for meeting deadlines while driving through rural areas.

Qualifications

• Must have own equipment: reliable vehicle, smartphone, computer with internet and printer.
• Pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities
