As a Field Inspector, you will verify occupancy with brief exterior visits, capture photos, and report findings via mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with own equipment (vehicle, smartphone, printer).
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
