Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Will County, Illinois, including Aurora and surrounding communities. You’ll manage your own routing and schedule as a 1099 field inspector, with pay per inspection and potential equivalent to $25–$35 per hour.

Inspections are brief exterior visits, typically 5–6 minutes on-site, requiring your own vehicle, smartphone, and internet-connected computer.

Qualifications

• Owns scheduling and routing with strong time-management.
• Reliable and capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and autonomous field worker.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status for residential inspections.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit reports via mobile apps.
