Inspections are brief exterior checks with 5–6 minutes on-site. You must provide your own vehicle and smartphone, pass a background check, and report with photos using mobile apps. This is a 1099, flexible income opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a standard background check.
• Independent contractor must provide own equipment (vehicle, smartphone, computer with internet, printer).
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.

Responsibilities
