FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Dawes County, Nebraska and surrounding communities. You will manage your own routing and schedule while conducting exterior occupancy verifications and reporting on property status.

Earn a predictable income with a per-inspection pay model, typically 5–6 minutes on-site per inspection, in a territory with steady monthly volume.

Qualifications

• Own a reliable vehicle suitable for rural driving.
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Stable internet connection and a printer are preferred for reports.

Responsibilities
