Job summary

Far Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Warren County, Missouri. You will manage your own routing and schedule, conducting brief exterior visits to confirm property status and report on general conditions.

As a 1099 field inspector, you control your workload and schedule, with typical on-site time of about 5–6 minutes per inspection and the potential to earn the equivalent of $25–$35 per hour depending on volume and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet connection and a printer.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities
