As a Field Inspector, you will conduct exterior occupancy verifications, manage your routing, and report on general conditions with 5–6 minutes on-site per inspection.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status (1099) and flexibility in scheduling.
• Own equipment required: reliable vehicle, smartphone, computer with internet, printer.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Strong time-management skills and reliability in territory coverage.
