Job summary

Far Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Power County, Idaho and surrounding communities. You will conduct exterior occupancy verifications and report on property status on your own schedule.

As a Field Inspector, you manage your routing and territory, typically spending 5–6 minutes on-site per inspection and driving between sites. A fuel-efficient vehicle and access to a smartphone and computer are required.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with own equipment and vehicle.
• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle for field visits.
• Smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet access and a printer.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines.
