FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Lancaster County, Nebraska and surrounding communities. You can earn supplemental or full-time income on your own schedule by conducting exterior occupancy verifications across neighborhoods.

As a 1099 contractor, you will manage your routing, own equipment, and report results via mobile apps. Typical inspections are brief, but you’ll travel within a dense metro area and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status and ability to pass a background check.
• Own reliable vehicle and smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Ability to manage time, routes, and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports via mobile apps.
• Maintain territory coverage and meet deadlines across Lancaster County.
