Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Cooke County, Texas and surrounding communities. As a Field Inspector covering Cooke County, you will perform exterior occupancy verifications on a flexible schedule and manage your own routing.

Pay is per inspection, with earning potential typically equivalent to 25–35 USD per hour. Autonomy: you manage your routing, schedule and territory, with quick inspections and stable monthly volume

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role with own equipment required.
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone capable of running apps.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
