FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Monroe County, WI, and surrounding areas. You control your route, schedule, and territory, with quick 5–6 minute on-site inspections and 9+ photos per report using mobile apps.

Expected earnings are per-inspection, with pay equating to roughly $25–$35 per hour. Prioritizes accuracy, reliability, and professional autonomy on a flexible, 1099 basis.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with responsibility for providing own equipment (vehicle, smartphone, computer).
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Strong time-management skills and self-directed routing and scheduling.
