Job summary

Far Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Platte County, Wyoming. You control your routing, schedule, and territory as a 1099 field inspector, earning per-inspection with typical on-site times of 5–6 minutes and the potential to equal $25–$35 per hour.

You’ll need a reliable vehicle, a smartphone, a printer, and strong time-management to meet deadlines, plus the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications
