Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Grant County, West Virginia and surrounding communities. You will work on a flexible schedule, on a per-inspection basis, earning typically $25–$35 per hour equivalent through efficient on-site verifications.

As a Field Inspector, you’ll manage your own routing and territory, complete brief exterior visits, capture photos, and report findings using mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Independent contractor who provides own equipment (vehicle, smartphone, printer).
