Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Chattooga County, GA and surrounding areas. You control your own routing, schedule, and territory, earning per inspection with typical on-site times of 5–6 minutes.

You’ll capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using mobile apps, with a reliable vehicle and a smartphone required. This is a flexible 1099 role suited for supplemental or full-time income.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor must provide own equipment and tools.
• Pass a standard background check.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines.
