Far Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Stark County, Illinois and surrounding areas. This 1099 role offers a flexible schedule, with earnings typically matching $25-35 per hour, paid per inspection.

You will cover Stark County, manage your routing, and drive between properties. Expect 5-6 minute on-site inspections and consistent monthly volume, with the ability to control your workload and hours.

Qualifications

• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet connection and a printer.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities
