Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Project Manager I for its Federal Engineering & Design Team to lead and support infrastructure projects for federal clients, including military installations and VA campuses. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction, ensuring technical accuracy and compliant project delivery.

Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and follow established project management practices.
Track progress, costs, and performance; communicate variances and impacts.

Responsibilities

Manage projects or assist project managers through the project life cycle.
Help establish scope, schedule, budget, quality expectations, and documentation.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and federal stakeholders to ensure compliance with UFC, DoD, VA, and other standards.
Assist with proposals, project controls, change documentation, and contract administration.
Plan and facilitate routine project meetings and maintain project records.
