• Be located in Central Ohio area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Pass a Federal Criminal Background Check with fingerprints and a 10-panel drug screen (at no cost).
• Provide proof of at least 40 hours of interpreter training (e.g. Access Academy, court interpretation, or equivalent).
• Provide Certification of Bilingual Proficiency or pay for a 3rd party bilingual fluency evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face interpretation at medical, social service and other appointments.
• Earn money on a flexible, contractor-style schedule by taking available assignments.
