Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Member in Albuquerque, NM. This role supports cleaning operations on a night shift from 8:30pm to 5:00am, with weekend/holiday work required.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour and includes non-exempt status with potential for benefits as hours accrue. Candidates should be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate KBSPresence timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software is used for clocking in/out.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and windows.
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean glass and stainless surfaces and dust fixtures.
• Maintain restrooms and logs as directed.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
