Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is seeking board-certified Otolaryngologists (ENT) to perform Independent Medical Examinations (IME) nationwide, with high-volume opportunities in Texas and California. This is a contract (1099) position offering flexible scheduling based on your availability.

You will review medical records, conduct in-person ENT evaluations, address clinical questions for insurance carriers, and prepare IME reports within a five-day turnaround. Most exams are conducted in person.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Otolaryngology (ENT) required.
• IMEs experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Medical Records: Thoroughly analyze patient records related to ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions or injuries.
• Conduct Physical Examinations: Perform in-person ENT evaluations.
• Address Clinical Questions: Provide objective medical opinions and respond to case-specific questions from insurance carriers.
• Prepare Reports: Deliver clear, comprehensive IME reports within a 5-day turnaround time.
