Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly client in Forsyth, MO with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to stay independent at home. This long-term, part-time role requires compassion and reliability.

The schedule is flexible with a 12-hour weekly commitment. Pay is $24 per hour total (base $20 plus a $4 bonus for completing all agreed shifts per pay period). A TB skin test and a background check are required; training is available if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• Background check will be performed.
• TB skin test required if not on record.
• Ability to follow scheduling and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Help with walking and transferring as needed to stay independent at home.
• Prepare meals and monitor daily nutrition.
• Follow the agreed weekly schedule and ensure safety.
