Job summary

Pete & Gerry’s Organics is seeking a Flex Operator to support daily production in our New Hampshire facility. The role involves final in-process inspection, staging of eggs, machine and date code setup, carton inventory, and preparing cartons for the day’s run.

You will help deliver high-quality products while upholding animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming. The position emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a processing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping: keep area clean and organized.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure specs are met.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Handle materials as required.
