Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking a flexible incentivized Registered Nurse for the ED. Workdays can be day or night, with no weekend, holiday, or shift requirement. The Gig Nursing Program requires scheduling a minimum number of hours and offers last‑minute shift changes with no guaranteed hours.

Ideal candidates have an accredited RN degree, current license (state/compact), and ED bedside experience. BLS/ACLS/PALS are required; Epic experience is a plus. Mercy supports comprehensive benefits for staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum two years of bedside ED RN experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS. Epic experience preferred.
