Job summary

Merakey hires Direct Support Professionals in Coraopolis, PA, to provide direct care and support with daily living activities. No experience required; paid training is provided. Earn up to $20.59/hour with Enhanced Pay options or $18.59/hour without Enhanced Pay.

Shifts include evenings, overnights, and weekends, in our Home and Community Division. As a DSP, you’ll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities foster independence, social skills, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Related experience is helpful.
• A verifiable high school diploma or GED is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs
