Job summary

Oasis-Habilitation in New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a per diem, flexible schedule role. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings, helping with daily living and participation.

We value compassion, reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently to provide safe, respectful support and documentation. Training and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Experience in DSP, caregiving, or human services is a plus, but not required.

• Assisting with daily living skills and routines.
