Job summary

A leading staffing solutions provider in Allegheny County seeks URGENT Direct Support Staff to provide care to individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities. The role requires a High School Diploma, experience in direct care, and valid driving credentials. Flexible part-time hours are offered, allowing staff to choose their shifts. Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Ability to complete clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background).
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to enhance Individuals' quality of life.
• Provide personal care management for individuals with disabilities.
• Perform light household duties including meal preparation and housekeeping.
