In person work in Cape May Court House and surrounding areas requires a reliable vehicle, mileage reimbursement for approved client transportation, and a passion for compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate care and genuine desire to help others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable and patient with individuals needing support.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive clients in own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals achieve greater independence and community involvement.
• Accompany clients to appointments, activities, shopping and events.
• Assist with life skills, communication, and social engagement.
• Provide job coaching and employment support when needed.
• Transport individuals safely using your personal vehicle.
• Maintain documentation and confidentiality standards.
