Ausland is seeking an Architectural Designer to translate client visions into buildable, beautiful spaces, from concept sketches to construction documents, while collaborating with architects, engineers, and builders.

In a design+build environment, ideas move from drafting to the real world. This role requires 4+ years in architectural design, strong Revit skills, knowledge of codes, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to deliver compliant, constructible solutions.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level experience in architectural design, detailing, and project management.
• Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design & Documentation – Create architectural concepts, technical drawings, and construction documents that meet code requirements and project goals.
• Project Coordination – Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth progress from early design through construction.
• Collaboration – Work with engineers, project managers, builders, and clients to produce integrated, constructible designs.
• Site & Field Work – Conduct site visits, provide construction-phase support, and solve design challenges in real time.
• Design-Build Impact – Contribute to a team that designs and builds, giving a tangible legacy.
