Responsibilities include assisting dentists, sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays, and maintaining patient records while upholding infection-control standards. A team-oriented, professional demeanor is essential for success in this flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dental assisting experience required.
• Strong understanding of dental procedures and clinical protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including Monday-Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by applicable requirements.
• Prepare patients for treatment and provide chairside assistance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and OSHA standards.
• Provide patients with a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support the dental team with daily clinical and administrative needs.
