Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver
• Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record checked at interviews)
• Own legally registered and insured vehicle for delivery
• Some weekend availability is required
• Cash handling, navigation, communication and organizational skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery vehicle prep, learn delivery area, check orders for quality and accuracy; provide quality customer service in person or by phone; act with urgency
• Work as part of a team, be on time for shifts, support other stations, complete closing duties; maintain uniform and appearance standards; promote teamwork and a positive atmosphere
• Process order paperwork and payments; manage cash; use the FOCUS System; upsell to increase check average; distribute door hangers; maintain safe, clean work areas and comply with safety standards
