SVP Logistics, LLC is hiring delivery associates in Chicago to safely deliver packages for a national technology company. The role is full-time, part-time, or seasonal with daytime shifts and opportunities for advancement.

You’ll drive, perform safety inspections, and maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates communicate well, are enthusiastic, and ready to work on a team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a 4-panel drug screening.
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicles.
• Follow all local and state laws, driving regulations, and Company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction, even in stressful situations or conditions.
• Perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions and on various routes.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, package scanning, administrative tasks such as clocking in and out, and communication with supervisors and team members.
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily operational requirements, including participating in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
