Job summary

Assisting Hands Deerfield is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/CNA to assist local clients with daily living tasks in their homes. You will provide companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders in a respectful, patient-centered manner.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, up to $22 per hour, with weekday/weekend shifts available and immediate start. Hours beyond 40 or on holidays are paid time and a half, and weekly pay is offered by the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving experience required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Comfortable helping both male and female clients.
• Experience with personal care is required.
• No restrictions concerning type of care.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – conversation, games, TV.
• Personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
