Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Education in early childhood or CDA preferred.
• Illinois DCFS standards teacher qualifications required.
• Experience in licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must be at least 19 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implements age-appropriate activities and follows lesson plans.
• Ensures activities support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
• Travel between centers to cover a two-site area.
• Provide monthly availability.
