RDSolutions is seeking individuals for a flexible, independent delivery/driver side hustle in the Washington, DC area. You choose your hours and how much you earn, with detailed training provided to maximize efficiency at each store you visit.

The role emphasizes reliability, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone to receive and complete work assignments. Minimum age is 18, with a condition of physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments via the pricing app and complete projects for the company.
• Operate with flexible hours and uphold the AR T values (Accountability, Respect, Trust).
• Maintain reliable transportation and timely completion of tasks.
• Support training and onboarding as part of initial program.
