RDSolutions is seeking a part-time Research Associate to support various store-based collection projects. You choose your hours within client windows and earn based on productivity, with a guaranteed minimum in certain areas.

Responsibilities include driving to stores, gathering items, and using our pricing app to report progress. Training is provided, and benefits include paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and potential 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app to collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in store freezers/refrigerators.

Responsibilities

• Collect items at stores and complete tasks as assigned.
• Drive to client locations within the scheduled window.
• Complete each assignment on time with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Use the pricing app to access tasks and submit results.
• Maintain awareness of safety, quality, and store procedures.
