Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time associates for flexible, independent work located at various stores. You can control how much you earn per hour with detailed training to maximize efficiency.

A guaranteed minimum may apply in wage-floor areas, with the opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. The role emphasizes choosing your own hours within client windows, starting with a straightforward training program, and the potential to earn extra money by meeting short-term or long-term

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments and meet project criteria with reliability.
• Travel to stores and perform collection tasks as defined by projects.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while following training guidelines.
