Job summary

San Joaquin Delta College is seeking a Custodian II to perform a full range of cleaning and maintenance duties across college facilities. The role requires cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and general areas while ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties including care, maintenance and cleaning of college buildings and facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, wax, strip and polish floors; clean carpets as needed.
• Sanitize restrooms and fixtures; restock supplies and maintain disinfecting standards.
• Dust, polish and clean furniture and fixtures; manage classroom and office spaces.
• Report hazards or damage to security or supervisory staff.
• Assist in moving furniture and setting up rooms for meetings or events.
